Factory UTV Polaris RZR 170 UHMW Full Skid protection
As is painfully obvious in the image below, the RZR 170 OEM undercarriage protection simply does not protect the underside of the 170. Factory UTV has the answer with skid plates constructed from 3/8 inch UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight) plastic. Significantly lighter than aluminum, these FUTV skids offer full protection for the RZR 170. With the RZR 170's ground clearance being at a premium our skids will not only give excellent protection to the undercarriage of the 170, but due to UHMW's very low coefficient of friction the FUTV skids will help easily slide over obstacles on the trail, where the stock 170 with it's exposed frame rails and cabling will leave the 170 high and dry on even the simplest of obstacles.

Factory UTV RZR 170 Swingarm Kit
Constructed from 1 1/4 inch chromoly steel tubing and CNC machined ΒΌ inch high tensile steel axle holders. Mounts using Black Max Teflon lined 15,000 lb chromoly heim rod ends that can be adjusted for an extra 2 inches in length if desired. Powdercoated for a tough long lasting finish, this kit comes complete with custom molded UHMW skid plate. This setup will put the common RZR 170 broken swingarm issues to rest once and for all.

Factory UTV Polaris RZR 170 Exhaust System
Factory UTV offers a complete replacement exhaust system for the RZR 170. Our header is constructed using high strength 304 stainless steel and tig welded, and our silencer features Silent Sport packing for long life and low sound levels, a removable USFS qualified spark arrestor and billet end cap. We also offer an optional db quieter core cartridge to lower noise levels without killing performance. This pipe really brings the 170 to life!

Factory UTV Polaris RZR 170 Intake Filter system
Factory UTV offers a complete replacement air filter system for the RZR 170. The stock system is woefully inadequate at filtering dust. Part of the problem is the location of the stock filter which is directly in the dust cloud created by the 170's back tires. We've taken the filter out of the dust up onto the rear deck. Kit includes all necessary hardware for bolting on including a hand formed and welded powder coated intake tube, K&N filter with water resistant K&N Outer wear and jetting kit. A small hole will need to be drilled into the plastic rear deck and we'll supply precise instructions on where to put hole. This kit uses stock mounting locations and really brings the 170 engine to life breathing much better than the stock air filter system. If you are riding in dusty conditions, this is a must have modification to prevent serious engine damage.

Factory UTV doors for your Polaris RZR 170. Constructed from mild steel tubing and powder coated for excellent durability. Plastic skins are made from top quality thermoplastic olefinic elastomer. This high-impact polypropylene offers a high-gloss finish with excellent durability to endure extreme weather and temperature conditions. Factory UTV Polaris RZR 170 Restraint system
Factory UTV offers a complete 4 point driver and passenger restraint system. Our system includes a bolt on cross bar to greatly improve belt attachment locations, 2 complete sets of Crow 4 point Restraints including sewn in padded shoulder straps and sternum cross straps and a block off kit for the holes left when the OEM seat belts are removed.
